The Institute of Food Safety Integrity and Protection (TiFSiP), is presenting the 7th Annual Food Safety Conference in London on 22 June.
The annual conference brings together leading food safety experts with professionals from across the country to learn about the latest innovations in food safety practice.
Addmaster CEO Paul Morris will be delivering a presentation on the hidden dangers of Campylobacter.
The problems surrounding Campylobacter on raw poultry are well publicised and work has been done on contamination of packaging. What has not been fully explored is the current risk of cross contamination from outer packaging and greater use of reusable shopping bags. Paul will be giving an overview of new research findings.
The conference is hosted in association with the Chartered institute of Environmental Health, a professional awarding and campaigning organisation at the forefront of environmental and public health and safety.
